Kyla Callaluca brings extensive experience in real estate and lien enforcement to the firm. She began her career in 1989 as a Legal Assistant supporting Attorney Perkins with condominium clients and management companies, helping develop form documents and systems still in use today. She later served as a Paralegal in the Real Estate Department, specializing in conveyancing documents for buyer representation. Today, Kyla applies her expertise to the firm’s Lien Enforcement Department, managing complex matters with precision and professionalism. Known for her dependable and independent execution, she is a highly valued member of the firm, contributing in a uniquely skilled capacity. Kyla is also a commissioned notary.
