Amy began her career in private practice in Concord, Massachusetts, before joining Perkins & Anctil. Since being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2015, she has built a reputation as a versatile attorney who thrives on handling a wide variety of matters, from straightforward transactions to complex disputes.

Amy has guided both lenders and borrowers through commercial financing transactions, and she regularly assists clients with real estate matters ranging from closings to sophisticated property disputes. On the business side, she helps clients form and structure their companies, maintain compliance, and navigate everyday legal questions so they can focus on growth and long-term success.

Amy earned her J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2014 after receiving her B.A. in Political Science and Writing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2011. She was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2015.
