Amy Collins is an associate at Perkins & Anctil and a member of the firm’s real estate, landlord/tenant and litigation practice groups.

Amy joined Perkins & Anctil after several years of private law practice in Concord, Massachusetts. She has been admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since June of 2015. Amy attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Writing, and she received her law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law in December of 2014.

Amy concentrates her practice on commercial lending, business matters and civil litigation. She has vast experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial financing, as well as, assisting clients with a variety of both simple and complex real estate issues. When it comes to her business clients, Amy creates their business entities, assists them with following corporate formalities, and provides advice on day-to-day affairs so clients can avoid future hassles and hurdles. Amy has also litigated several matters successfully in Superior, District, and Appellate courts across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and particularly enjoys advocating for her clients prior to and throughout litigation.
