Brigid M. Splaine is an associate at Perkins & Anctil and a member of the firm’s real estate practice group. She represents buyers, sellers and lenders, providing tailored legal guidance through every phase of the real estate transaction. Brigid is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail and ability to effectively problem solve on her client’s behalf.
Prior to joining the firm, Brigid served as an SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student-Attorney in the Environmental Law & Policy Clinic at Suffolk University Law School. As a Student Attorney, she gained experience in a wide variety of land use matters including wetland protection, conservation restrictions, title issues and Article 97.
Brigid earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2025 and her B.A. in Political Science cum laude from Baylor University in 2021. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts (2025).
