With over a decade of experience practicing law in Massachusetts, Gina is a skilled advocate known for her strategic approach, meticulous preparation, and dedication to achieving results for her clients. She has extensive experience litigating complex matters, specializing in creditors’ rights and civil litigation, and is recognized for her ability to navigate both state and federal courts with confidence and precision.

Prior to joining Perkins & Anctil, Gina served as a Regional Managing Attorney at a national creditors’ rights firm, overseeing litigation practices across multiple states. She also brings significant expertise in compliance matters related to creditors’ rights, including federal regulations such as the FDCPA, UDAP, TCPA, and Regulations E & F. Gina’s clients benefit from her combination of sharp legal insight, practical solutions, and commitment to advocating effectively on their behalf.

Gina earned her J.D. from New England School of Law in 2011 and her B.A. in Political Science, Cum Laude, from Western New England University in 2008. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts (2011), New Jersey (2013), and New Hampshire (2023), as well as in the federal district courts of Massachusetts (2015) and New Hampshire (2024), enabling her to serve a broad range of clients across multiple jurisdictions.
