Robert Anctil is the firm’s Managing Partner and leads Perkins & Anctil’s real estate and residential landlord-tenant practice groups. Rob concentrates his practice on all aspects of real estate and land use law. Rob has successfully closed thousands of commercial and residential transactions. He routinely represents individuals and developers in a full spectrum of complex commercial procurements, residential sales, condominium developments, zoning issues, permitting disputes and other land planning, acquisition, and financing matters. Rob also supports landlords and property management companies in the eviction process. In addition, Rob often acts as local counsel for various international law firms.
Rob’s success is derived from his ability to implement cost-effective approaches to meet client goals in a time sensitive professional manner. Rob understands the importance of timing and effectively uses his problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve disputes. Rob is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Rob is a long-standing member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), Community Associations Institute (CAI), and Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR). He lectures regularly on real estate topics for REBA, CAI, NEAR, and the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education.
Rob also actively contributes to many charitable organizations. He serves on the Board of Directors for Incompass Human Services, and has served on the Board of Emerson Hospital Corporation, the Northeast Builders Association, and the Nashua Watershed Association. In addition, Rob is a major supporter of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Rob has raised over $200,000 since 2008 through his participation in the Pan-Mass Challenge. Rob’s charitable contributions earned him recognition as a Nominee for Charitable Business Person of the Year by Enterprise Bank & Trust in 2014 and 2016.
