Scott J. Eriksen is a shareholder at Perkins & Anctil, P.C. who leads the firm’s community association and condominium practice. Scott joined Perkins & Anctil in 2011 after several years of practicing law in Boston and the Merrimack Valley.

Since joining Perkins & Anctil, Scott has focused his practice primarily on accommodating the needs of more than 850 condominium association clients. Scott enjoys the variety and challenge of the issues that condominium associations and property managers face on a daily basis and has become well versed in all aspects of association practice. He expertly handles a host of issues ranging from the drafting, amendment and enforcement of governing documents, to negotiating and preparing vendor contracts.

Scott was granted fellowship in the selective College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) in 2024. He served as the 2024 President-Elect of Community Associations Institute’s New England Chapter and the 2025 President of the Chapter. He is a past member of the Emerging Leaders Committee of CAI New England, a former three-term co-chair of the Attorneys’ Committee of CAI New England and an active participant in community association forums throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 

Scott received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
