David C. Farrell, Esq. joined Perkins & Anctil, P.C. in the winter of 2024, bringing over 10 years of considerable and diverse experience to his role as head of conveyancing and as a team member of the condominium practice.
His past experience includes the practice of admiralty and maritime law, insurance and subrogation, underwriting, as well as claims management and assessment. More recently, David involved himself in business litigation and consulting, fintech startups, criminal defense, and divorce litigation before turning to property transactions, landlord/tenant disputes, zoning issues, foreclosures, land court actions and title insurance. His time spent as a trial attorney adds to his extensive background. David graduated from Bates College in 2009 with a B.S. in Biology before earning his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2014. His list of certifications and affiliations is wide ranging and includes membership in the Boston Young Professionals Club, The Freelancers’ Union (an advocacy group for the independently employed), and both the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations. David takes enormous pride in providing prompt, professional results and positive outcomes for his clients.
