Joined the Team in 2009
Sanford began his service at Perkins & Anctil in 2009 by preparing title exams for Attorney Anctil and in support of the Lien Enforcement Department. In addition, he performs analysis of property ownership issues, condominium conveyances and editorial reviews of legal documents. He frequently undertakes internet research for the legal staff in a variety of areas. Sanford has experience and training in regional planning and assists in municipal planning matters.
