Scott J. Eriksen, Esq. – Shareholder, Perkins & Anctil, P.C.

Scott Eriksen is a shareholder at Perkins & Anctil and leads the firm’s community association and condominium practice.

Scott joined Perkins & Anctil after several years of practicing law in Boston and the Merrimack Valley. Since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, Scott has counseled clients in a diverse arena of practice areas including tax and estate planning, business establishment and succession strategies, land use and permitting efforts, commercial and residential real estate transactions and general corporate matters.

Since 2011, Scott has focused his practice primarily on accommodating the needs of the firm’s 850+ condominium association clients.  Scott enjoys the variety and challenge of the issues that condominium associations and property managers face on a daily basis and has become well versed in all aspects of association practice.  He expertly handles a host of issues ranging from the drafting, amendment and enforcement of governing documents to negotiating and preparing vendor contracts.

Scott was granted fellowship in the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) in 2024. He is the 2024 President-Elect of Community Associations Institute’s New England Chapter and in 2025 will serve as the President of the Chapter. He is a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee of CAI New England, a former three-term co-chair of the Attorneys’ Committee of CAI New England and an active participant in the community association forums throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

  • Co-prepared legislation that was signed into law on August 6, 2024 to for electronic meetings and voting in Massachusetts condominiums.
