Scott Eriksen is a partner at Perkins & Anctil who, together with Attorney Perkins, leads the firm’s community association and condominium practice. Scott is also a member of the firm’s real estate, litigation and landlord/tenant practice groups.

Scott joined Perkins & Anctil after several years of practicing law in Boston and the Merrimack Valley. Since graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, Scott has counseled clients in a diverse arena of practice areas including tax and estate planning, business establishment and succession strategies, land use and permitting efforts, commercial and residential real estate transactions and general corporate matters.

Since joining Perkins & Anctil in 2011, Scott has focused his practice primarily on accommodating the needs of 800+ condominium association clients. Scott enjoys the variety and challenges of the issues that condominium associations and property managers face on a daily basis and has become well-versed in all aspects of association practice. He expertly handles a host of issues ranging from the drafting, amendment and enforcement of governing documents to negotiating and preparing vendor contracts.

Scott is a member of the Legislative Action Committee and Emerging Leaders Committee of CAI New England, a former three-term co-chair of the Attorneys Committee of CAI New England, and an active participant, author and speaker in community association forums throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Scott has written and spoken about community association issues at the national level and is also a member of the Community Association Managers International Certification Board Professional Conduct Enforcement Committee.
